How Online Label Studio Works

Define Dimensions

Set your label width and height in exact millimeters or inches. Choose between landscape or portrait orientation to match your roll or sheet specifications.

Draft on the Canvas

Drag and drop text, vector barcodes (Code 128, Code 39, QR), geometric lines, boxes, and company logos. The live inspector updates positions in real time.

Link Data (Optional)

Upload an inventory or shipping CSV file in the Bulk Printing module. Map spreadsheet columns to label fields to generate multi-page batches automatically.

Zero-Margin Print

Open the print view and trigger the native dialog. With browser margins disabled, the layout feeds directly to Zebra, Rollo, Brother, or DYMO thermal printers.

Printer Calibration Tips

For the sharpest output on industrial thermal rolls:

  • Margins: Always select None in your browser print settings.
  • Scale: Set the scale to 100% (do not select "Fit to page").
  • Headers/Footers: Uncheck the browser headers/footers box so URLs and timestamps do not print over label borders.
  • Paper Size: Ensure the printer driver paper size matches the dimensions set on your canvas (e.g. 100mm × 60mm or 4" × 6").
